This agreement outlines the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and terms for our tailored marketing solutions. By signing below, you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms and conditions detailed herein.
Scope of Work
Our Social Media Marketing Service is designed to enhance your digital presence and drive engagement through the following deliverables each month:
30 Custom Social Media Posts
Delivered across LinkedIn and your Facebook Business Page to ensure consistent engagement.
6 Professionally Written Blog Posts
Covering topics such as cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and industry trends (WordPress required).
Monthly Email Newsletter
Includes links to your blog posts and updates to keep your audience informed and connected.
Tech Tribe Membership Requirement
This discounted pricing and full scope of services are exclusive to Tech Tribe members. A Tech Tribe membership is required to qualify for this offer.
WordPress Website Requirement
A WordPress website is required for blog posting. For clients without WordPress, we offer an alternative solution at an additional $100/month to manage and adapt the blog posting process.
Pricing
- Standard Pricing: $499/month
- Discounted Pricing for Tech Tribe Members: $199/month
(Discount is valid only with an active Tech Tribe membership) - Non-WordPress Blog Posting Fee: Additional $100/month
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed via auto-pay (ACH or credit card).
- The first payment is due at the start of work.
- A 30-day cancellation notice is required for termination of services.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth delivery of services, clients are responsible for:
- Maintaining an active Tech Tribe membership.
- Providing administrative access to your WordPress site for blog posting.
- Supplying any necessary business or branding materials (e.g., logos, images).
- Reconnecting the Facebook/LinkedIn connection when needed. (We will let you know)
Terms and Conditions
- MSP Ascend reserves the right to adjust the scope of work based on evolving requirements or platform limitations.
- The discounted rate is valid only as long as the Tech Tribe membership remains active. If membership lapses, pricing will revert to the standard rate of $499/month.
- Clients without WordPress must notify MSP Ascend in advance to activate the alternative blog posting solution.
