Before any serious expedition, the guides walk the team through exactly what they're about to face.
Most MSP owners hit a million dollars by being really good at IT. They hit the wall at multi-million because that requires being really good at business. Those are not the same skill set.
The gear that got you up the first leg of the climb isn't the gear you need for the summit. The systems, the strategy, the financial architecture, the legal protection - all of it has to level up before you take another step.
The MSP Ascend Expedition is where you build that gear. Not in theory. Not in a workbook you'll never open again. In real sessions, with real output, evaluated by three guides who have made this climb and know every dangerous turn on the way up.
This is the climb. And we're going with you.
Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.
Financial Architecture That Actually Works
Profitability analysis, KPI dashboards, and a growth model built on what your numbers actually say - not what you wish they said.
Legal Strategy and AI Risk Framework
MSA structure, AI risk assessment, and the protection framework that most MSPs at your level are missing entirely.
The Full Business Strategy Lifecycle
Every phase of the four-phase BSL with real output you take back and implement the next day.
IT Service Run Guide
™
Scalable Framework and Workflows to streamline any operation. This is the run guide your PSA forgot to give you. ITIL, ITSM, and FITSM compatible - This is the big league.
A Peer Group of Serious Operators
Work alongside MSP owners at your level who are serious about the same summit. The peer conversations alone are worth the climb.
A Capstone Evaluation That Proves It
Show up to St. Pete with your deliverables. All three guides evaluate your business in real time. You leave with a verdict and a 90-day commitment.

Streamlining Service Delivery For Profit and Value
Streamlining Service Delivery For Profit and Value
Most MSPs are leaving money on the table every single week — not because they don’t work hard, but because their service delivery was built to survive, not to scale. This session introduces the IT Service Run Guide™ framework that separates reactive shops from intentional operations. You’ll walk away with a clear-eyed picture of exactly where your service delivery is costing you more than it should — in time, in margin, and in team capacity — and the operational baseline your strategy will run on for the rest of the Expedition.
Rayanne — Finance & Growth
Assess the Business You Have Today
Assess the Business You Have Today
Before you can build the business you want, you have to see the one you actually have — with honest numbers, not hopeful ones. Rayanne walks you through a structured financial maturity assessment across the six breakdown zones where MSPs most commonly stall on the way to multi-million: sales, quoting, billing, onboarding, service delivery, and financial review. You’ll leave with a heatmap of where your financial foundation is solid and where it’s leaking, and three prioritized gaps that need to close before growth gets expensive.

Know Where You Stand: Your MSP Legal Maturity Assessment
Know Where You Stand: Your MSP Legal Maturity Assessment
Most MSPs don’t lose money in court — they lose it quietly, every month, through contracts that don’t reflect how the business actually operates, scope creep nobody is tracking, and recurring revenue that leaks through legal gaps nobody has closed. This session is a diagnostic, not a lecture. Using Brad’s Legal Maturity Assessment framework, you’ll score your MSP across five dimensions — documents, policies, operational alignment, revenue protection, and enterprise readiness — and walk away knowing exactly where your legal structure is exposed, inconsistent, or actively costing you money.

Office Hours — Week 1
Office Hours — Week 1
The first group coaching session sets the tone for everything that follows. All three guides on the call, open format. Bring your maturity assessment scores from all three domains — operational, financial, and legal — and the questions that came up when you started doing the homework honestly. This is where the real conversations happen. Noon–2:00 PM EST.
Week Two — October 6
Manny — Strategy & Operations
Blueprint Mode: Designing the Business You Actually Want
Blueprint Mode: Designing the Business You Actually Want
This is the session most MSP owners have never had — the one where you stop reacting to the business in front of you and start designing the one you actually want to build. Using the Pyramid of Purpose™, you’ll work through all ten levels of your business architecture: Values, Mission, Vision, Culture, People, Products and Services, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and the 90-day Roadmap that connects the design to reality. Culture gets specific attention here — because companies that try to execute a growth strategy on top of a misaligned culture hit the same wall again at the next level. You’ll leave with the design document for the company you’re building, not the one you’ve been running by default.
Rayanne — Finance & Growth
Build the Right Client and Service Portfolio
Build the Right Client and Service Portfolio
More revenue is not always better revenue. Some of your clients are subsidizing other clients. Some of your services are generating activity without generating margin. This session replaces the habit of collecting clients with the discipline of intentional growth — defining your ideal client profile, identifying concentration risk, evaluating your service packages and pricing structures, and making deliberate decisions about which clients, services, and pricing arrangements need to change. You’ll leave knowing exactly which parts of your portfolio are building the business and which are quietly holding it back.
Brad — Legal Strategy & AI Risk
Build the Blueprint: Designing Your MSP’s Legal Architecture
Build the Blueprint: Designing Your MSP’s Legal Architecture
Legal maturity is not about having one good contract. It’s about an integrated architecture where every document — your MSA, Services Guide, Quotes and SOWs, acceptable use policies, and customer responsibility matrices — works together to reflect how your business actually operates and to protect the revenue you’ve already earned. Week 2 moves from diagnosis to design. You’ll learn how the pieces of a complete legal framework connect, where the gaps between your documents and your day-to-day operations are costing you money, and exactly what needs to be built, revised, or integrated.

X-Ray Vision: Reading Your Business From the Inside Out
X-Ray Vision: Reading Your Business From the Inside Out
Before you can build a better business, you have to see the one you’ve actually built — without the story you tell yourself about it. This session uses the SWOT of Value Aspects framework across the ten dimensions of the Business Operating System™ (BOS) to show you exactly where the gaps are: the pressure points that growth will expose if you don’t address them first. You’ll identify which parts of your business are carrying the operation, which are silently creating risk, and which two or three Value Aspects are most likely to break under the weight of the next level.Traction/EOS fans rest assured, this will only bolster what you do now - not replace it.

Office Hours — Week 2
Week 2 homework goes deeper — real financials, real legal gaps, real business analysis. Bring what you found, including the things that surprised you. All three guides on the call to help you interpret the results and figure out what to prioritize. Open format, no agenda. Noon–2:00 PM EST.
Week Three — October 13
Brad — Legal Strategy & AI Risk
Make It Real: Operationalizing Your Legal Framework
Make It Real: Operationalizing Your Legal Framework
A contract sitting in a drawer protects nobody. Week 3 is about embedding your legal framework into the way your business actually runs — in sales, onboarding, service delivery, billing, account management, escalation, and offboarding. Brad will walk you through how to turn legal requirements into repeatable operational processes, where to add approval workflows and documentation standards, and how to close the gap between what your agreements say and what your team actually does every day. This session also covers scope creep and scope denial as operational problems, not just legal ones — and introduces the framework for identifying and eliminating tail services that generate small fees and large liability.
Rayanne — Finance & Growth
Turn Revenue Into Sustainable Profit
Turn Revenue Into Sustainable Profit
Revenue is not the same thing as profit, and in the MSP world the gap between the two is where businesses stall. This session teaches you to read your financials the way a sophisticated operator does — gross margin by service category, operating profit, recurring revenue quality, cash flow discipline, and the specific places where money is quietly leaving the building. You’ll build a financial baseline using your real numbers, identify your top margin leakage sources, and walk away with a margin-improvement worksheet you can act on immediately.

Office Hours — Week 3
The Pyramid of Purpose™ build is underway and questions come up fast when you start filling in the levels honestly. Bring yours. All three guides on the call. Open format — Pyramid questions, portfolio decisions, legal operationalization questions all welcome. Noon–2:00 PM EST.
Week Four — October 20
Manny — Strategy & Operations
Base Camp to Summit: Executing Strategy at the Speed of Now
Base Camp to Summit: Executing Strategy at the Speed of Now
A strategy that doesn’t execute is just a wish with a deadline. This session introduces the Business Strategy Lifecycle™ Phase 3 execution framework — where business strategy meets agile execution. You’ll build your first 90-day sprint: a focused set of initiatives with owners, milestones, and measurable evidence of completion, connected directly to the gaps your Pyramid of Purpose™ identified. Participants also get introduced to the Next Level™ Strategy Accelerator platform — the digital environment where your strategy, execution, and measurement all live together. This is where the Expedition stops being a program and starts being the way you run your company.
Rayanne — Finance & Growth
Climb to Independence: Empower Your Team
Climb to Independence: Empower Your Team
The habits and instincts that helped you build to a million dollars are the same ones that will prevent you from getting past it — if you don’t consciously transfer them. When you are the primary decision-maker, escalation point, relationship owner, and keeper of institutional knowledge, you are not running a business. You are the business. This session identifies exactly where your company depends on you specifically, builds a realistic transfer plan for the five decisions and processes only you can currently handle, and gives you the financial and operational framework to build an organization that can run, grow, and ultimately be valued — whether you’re in the room or not.
Brad — Legal Strategy & AI Risk
Build to Grow: Protecting Revenue, Scalability and Enterprise Value
Build to Grow: Protecting Revenue, Scalability and Enterprise Value
Every legal decision you make — or fail to make — shows up in your enterprise value. Week 4 shifts the lens from protecting what you have to building something worth owning. Brad will walk you through how legal maturity affects recurring revenue quality, customer retention, scalability, and what a sophisticated buyer, investor, or diligence team would actually question about your MSP. You’ll identify the legal and operational issues that would come up in diligence, prioritize the three that have the greatest effect on your valuation, and begin converting them into your legal improvement plan.

Office Hours — Week 4
Office Hours — Week 4
Four weeks in, your 90-day sprint is drafted, your Pyramid build is deep, and the capstone is three weeks away. This session is for working through the integration questions — how your strategy, financial plan, and legal framework connect into one coherent picture. All three guides on the call. Open format. Noon–2:00 PM EST.
Week Five — October 27
Rayanne — Finance & Growth
Execute the Plan and Measure Progress
Execute the Plan and Measure Progress
Five weeks of financial work culminates here: a practical, owner-accountable 90-day improvement plan backed by the KPIs that actually tell you whether your business is getting stronger. You’ll select five to seven leadership KPIs — drawn from MRR, managed services gross margin, adjusted EBITDA, revenue per employee, cash flow, and others from Rayanne’s KPI Measurement Handbook — assign owners, set deadlines, establish a monthly review cadence, and define what evidence of completion actually looks like. You leave Week 5 with a financial plan you can execute and measure, not a spreadsheet you’ll revisit once and file.

From Risk to Roadmap: Your MSP Legal Action Plan
From Risk to Roadmap: Your MSP Legal Action Plan
Everything identified across the four prior sessions — the legal gaps, the revenue leaks, the AI exposure, the diligence risks — comes together here into a single prioritized legal action plan. You’ll define what must be fixed, who owns it, and what happens in the next 30, 60, and 90 days. More importantly, you’ll build the ongoing process that keeps your legal maturity current as your business grows, so you’re not starting this assessment over from scratch in two years. You arrive at the capstone with a complete legal roadmap in hand.

Are We There Yet? Measuring What Actually Matters
Are We There Yet? Measuring What Actually Matters
Revenue going up is not the same thing as your strategy working. The Balanced Scorecard — four scoreboards across Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning and Growth — tells you whether the business is genuinely getting stronger or just getting bigger. This session closes the Business Strategy Lifecycle™ loop and installs the quarterly measurement rhythm that keeps the entire Expedition producing results long after the program ends. You’ll leave Week 5 with your completed Balanced Scorecard, your 90-day sprint, your Pyramid of Purpose™, and a clear picture of exactly what you’re bringing to St. Pete.

Office Hours — Week 5
The final group coaching session before the capstone is all about readiness. All three guides on the call. Heavy focus on deliverable integration — your Pyramid of Purpose™, financial KPI plan, legal action roadmap, and 90-day sprint need to tell one coherent story when you walk into that room in St. Pete. Last chance to get questions answered before the Integration Hot Seat. Noon–2:00 PM EST.
Summit Day:
The Integration Evaluation
Week Six Day 1 - Thursday November 12
You arrive with five weeks of deliverables across all three domains. Morning is a guided integration session - you identify where your Pyramid, your financial model, and your legal structure contradict each other. Afternoon is three rotating stations with each guide for final refinement before the formal evaluation. Thursday evening is dinner together - all Mountaineers and all three guides. Unstructured. Irreplaceable.
Week Six Day 2 - Friday November 13th
The Integration Hot Seat. All three guides at the table for every business. You present your integrated picture. We evaluate - strengths, gaps, structural issues, the single most important fix. Afternoon is the Roadmap Commitment session: your top three 90-day commitments, written and read aloud to the group. This is where the Expedition ends and the next level begins.
It all gets capped off with a final group celebration dinner and cruise.
We've made this climb.
We're going with you.

The summit is the same for all of us.
The path we build together.
Brad, Rayanne, and Manny have made this climb. We know the terrain. We know where MSPs get hurt on the way to multi-million, and we know what it takes to reach the summit. We are not sending you up the mountain with a map and a handshake. We are going with you.
